Retouchly

Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Retouchly is for fixing and improving your own photos. You may not use it to:

  • create nude, sexual or sexually suggestive images of anyone, or remove or reduce anyone’s clothing;
  • edit the body of a minor in any way beyond ordinary photo fixes, or sexualise minors in any way;
  • edit people who haven’t agreed to it, or put someone’s face onto another person’s body;
  • create fake documents, IDs, receipts, screenshots or other fake proof;
  • deceive, harass or humiliate people, for example staged damage, fake accidents, fake news or making someone look drunk;
  • impersonate real people, including public figures, in a way meant to mislead;
  • “enhance” security camera footage or similar images to identify people or read licence plates (AI invents detail, so the result is not reliable);
  • remove watermarks or credits from photos that aren’t yours;
  • do anything else that is illegal or infringes someone else’s rights.

We block requests that clearly break these rules, and our AI provider applies its own safety checks. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service. To report misuse, email info@zijlstra.tech.
